BACKGROUND

Spent the last decade building 3rdGen from a one-man operation into a high-end mechanical design-build firm serving the SF Bay Area. C-20 and C-36 licensed. Lean team, complex projects, real revenue.

Before that, full-stack development - JavaScript, Node, React. The two backgrounds finally make sense together: vertical AI is hungry for people who actually understand the domain and can ship.

LET'S BUILD

3rdGen is the main thing - running it full-time and it's not going anywhere. Outside of that, I've got bandwidth for things that actually move the needle.

What I'll build with you on: If it's your product and you need a contractor, I'm not your guy. If it's our thing - co-founding, co-building, real equity, real upside - I'm in the trenches. Especially anything touching the physical world, vertical agents, or operational workflows where domain expertise is the unlock.

What I'll consult on: Strategic and technical advisory where the construction and ops domain expertise actually matters. Mix of business and technical guidance. Not hands-on dev for someone else's product.

What I'm not looking for: Contract dev work. Generic "pick your brain" calls. Anything where I'm renting out hours instead of building something that can hit.
